Clothing, bags, shoes, jewelry, and accessories from most top brands. Your items must be clean, in perfect condition, and authentic.

We accept well-known brands mainly sold in shopping centers; from Zara to Gucci, with an original retail price of at least $100 PLN (except some trendy items from fast fashion brands).

Some examples include: Reserved, Mohito, H&M, Adidas, American Eagle, Nike, Banana Republic, Tommy Hilfiger, Louis Vuitton, Hugo Boss, Omega, Dior, Gap, Chanel, Lacoste, etc. To see the full list of brands we accept, click here.

We do not accept items with holes, missing elements, odors, stains, animal hair, fade, visible wear, adjustments, etc.

We do not accept items from the following categories:

• Costumes
• Lingerie or Underwear
• Swimsuits
• Sleepwear
• Uniforms
• Hair accessories
• Jewelry from the following sub-categories: Anklets, Body Jewelry, Brooches & Lapel Pins, Charms & Pendants, Jewelry Sets, Watch Accessories, Watch Bands, Watch Stickers & Decals, Watch Winders.

Choose how to deliver your items:

• Ship from home: Receive a FREE shipping label and send your items from any InPost Paczkomat locker.
• Drop off in person: Schedule a drop-off appointment and bring your items to our Mokotów, Warsaw office.
• Home pick-up: We offer this option for 50+ items or 10,000+ PLN in added resale value.

To make your process easier, we recommend reusing boxes you already have or buying them at any shipping agency. If you can’t, let us know when you schedule your delivery method and we’ll send you packing materials to your home, deducting the cost from your offer. The cost per box, including shipping, is $20 PLN.

The estimated review time is 5 business days after we receive your items. If you need to expedite the process, please let us know. In special cases, we can provide a fast-track review and potentially make you an offer the same day.

More than 95% of sellers accept our offer. However, if you don’t, you can request your items back. You can either pick them up at our office in Mokotów, Warsaw, or have them shipped to your address via InPost, free of charge.

Immediate sell (applies to regular and luxury brands): After reviewing your items, we’ll make you an offer. If you accept, you’ll receive payment via bank transfer in 1 business day.

Consignment payouts (applies only to luxury brands): If you leave items on consignment, we pay you via bank transfer at the end of each month for everything sold during that month.

Items with an original retail price of approximately 700 PLN or more are considered luxury. You have two options to sell your luxury items:

1. We take your items on consignment for 180 days and sell them for you. We charge you a commission when we sell them. On the last day of each month, we pay you your earnings for the items sold during that month, minus the commission. Your items remain yours, and you can end the consignment agreement and request them back at any time. 2. We make you an offer to buy them immediately, which will likely be lower than your earnings from consignment.

Consignment notes:

1. Most items on consignment sell within 180 days, but if not, you have 15 calendar days to pick them up for free at a our warehouse in Warsaw, or have them shipped back to you for 40 PLN per box. You must request the return and your preferred option by contacting us by email at consignment@closter.pl.
2. You can end the consignment agreement and request your items back at any time; after 90 days, there is no cost, before 90 days there is a processing fee of $20 PLN per item.
