How we grade condition
- New with tags
- Item is new and unused. Clothing and shoes have their original tags. Bags and accessories include the box or dust bag where one was supplied. All original parts, no repairs or alterations.
- New without tags
- Item is new, without its tag. No visible signs of wear and no defects. Bags and accessories may come without original packaging. All original parts, no repairs or alterations.
- Excellent
- Minimal signs of wear. Clothing and shoes show no soiling or discolouration. Bags and accessories may show very slightly worn corners. No defects, all original parts, no repairs or alterations.
- Good
- Light signs of wear. Clothing and shoes may show light fading, fraying or scuffs. Bags and accessories may show worn corners, light scratches and interior wear. Minor invisible repairs that do not affect function are permitted. All original parts.
- Well-worn
- The piece has plenty of life left, but carries major signs of use. It may have defects, visible repairs, or missing and non-original parts. The price reflects its condition.
Returns and delivery
You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, in line with our Terms and Conditions. The item must be returned in the condition it was delivered in, including its packaging.
Orders placed before 2pm ship the same day, later ones the next morning. Delivery within Poland takes 1-2 business days, elsewhere in Europe usually up to 5 business days.
Authentication
We verify authenticity and assess the condition of each item before putting it up for sale. All items are in our possession, ready to be shipped.
