CLOSTER WEBSITE TERMS OF USE
This is a courtesy translation for reference. The Polish text governs.
Version of 2026-08-31.
§1. PROVIDER AND SCOPE
1. The provider is Closter Polska sp. z o.o., Jana Pawła II 22, 00-133 Warszawa, PL, NIP 5253083935, REGON 544317336, KRS 0001230607 (Sąd Rejonowy dla m.st. Warszawy w Warszawie, XII Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego), share capital PLN 5000
("Closter"). Contact: hej@closter.pl.
2. These terms govern the supply of services by electronic means at www.closter.pl, under
art. 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means.
3. Sales of goods are governed by the separate Terms of sale, which prevail on any question of
sale.
§2. THE SERVICES
1. Closter provides the following free of charge:
a) access to the site's content — browsing without an account;
b) an account — the portal in which a person who sends goods to Closter sees their
shipments, offers and settlements;
c) the contact form and email correspondence.
2. Sign-in is passwordless: a one-time code is emailed to the address given, and entering it
demonstrates control of that address.
3. The account service is concluded on first sign-in, for an indefinite period.
§3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND RISKS
1. A device with internet access, a current browser with JavaScript, and a working email
address are sufficient.
2. Use of the internet carries risks typical of the medium, in particular interception of
correspondence and impersonation. Closter encrypts connections and signs in by one-time code.
3. Closter deploys nothing onto a user's device other than the cookies described in the Privacy
policy.
§4. RULES OF USE
1. Supplying unlawful content is prohibited.
2. Using the site in a way that disrupts its operation is prohibited, including automated
retrieval at a scale that burdens the infrastructure.
3. The site's content, including Closter's own photographs of the goods, is protected by
copyright. Use beyond permitted use requires Closter's consent.
§5. ENDING USE
1. A user may stop using the site at any time and may terminate the account service by a
statement to hej@closter.pl.
2. Closing an account does not delete data whose retention is required by tax law or necessary
to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. The Privacy policy sets out the scope and the
periods.
3. Closter may terminate the account service on 14 days' notice for a gross breach of §4,
stating the reason.
§6. COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE SERVICES
1. Complaints about the site may be sent to hej@closter.pl.
2. Closter responds within 14 days of receipt.
§7. FINAL PROVISIONS
1. These terms are governed by Polish law. That choice does not deprive a consumer of the
protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their habitual residence.
2. Closter announces changes on the site and, for account holders, by email, at least 14 days
in advance.
